By purchasing or using a DID number through our service, you confirm that the number will be used only for legitimate and legal purposes. We do not bear any responsibility for actions taken using these numbers and provide no guarantees for uninterrupted service in cases of blocking, number withdrawal, or termination by telecom operators due to regulatory or legal issues.
All content transmitted or generated through the voice bot (including voice messages, AI responses, or recorded audio) must comply with applicable laws. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content does not include prohibited, misleading, or harmful material. The service does not monitor or moderate user-generated content and assumes no liability for its nature or legality.
The service is provided “as is” and without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, nor the continuous availability of any number or feature. In no event shall the service provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account or service access at any time, without notice or refund, if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal, abusive, or disruptive activity — including mass or flood calls.
All payments made for the use of the service, including DID numbers, subscriptions, or voice bot credits, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing a payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
